Job Summary

The incumbent of this position is responsible for leading the team to perform overall sales activities including negotiation with the dealers, exploring new potential markets, simulate sales orders by motivating the sales team and the dealers. Long term planning and strategic decision making is highly involved in this position.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop wholesale market within the South East Asia region: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, India and Vietnam.
• Planning and implementation of brand business strategies.
• Actions plans for marketing and sales marketing, product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Distribution strategies & client portfolio administration.
• Pricing policy, margin control.
• Leading the marketing personnel for the PR activities.
• Sales training, coaching and motivation.
• Lead the sales staff to deliver excellent customer services and ensure that the sales activities meet the Company budget
• Responsible for the entire brand management, merchandising and Profit & Loss
• Sales analysis and reporting.
• Control and responsible for billing and receivables.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Specifications

• Tertiary educated
• At least 5 years' experience in fashion industry and with Regional exposure, watch industry is a plus
• Experience in dealing with brand Principals
• Strong business & figures sense
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Station in HK with over 50% business travels
