RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle daily administrative duties including courier service, telephone system, equipment & facilities maintenance, and other general office administration

• Perform receptionist duty and greet guests

• Provide administrative support to the HR & Administration Department

• Assist in organize company's events and staff activities

• Daily Schedule and order printing

• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• F5/6 graduated with commercial training is perferred but not essential

• 1-2 years of clerical working experience

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fair Putonghua.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Detail-oriented, well organized with excellent interpersonal skills

• Immediately available or short notice
