Job duties

• Responsible for the creation of maintenance of custom and standardized reports, including but not limited to monthly financial statements, operating reports and various analyses, verification of data integrity and assistance with the development of future information needs of the Company within the reporting system (e.g. SAP and BI).
• Prepare and deliver custom and standard management reports in a timely manner
• Assist in preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts
• Proactively carry out value-added analysis on financial data
• Evaluating data integrity, maintaining and producing reporting database
• Automate and standardise excel models, stream line reporting process
• improve database in SAP and automate the existing manual processes through business intelligence application
• Manipulate data using advance excel skills and presenting data to provide a high quality reporting product
• Support the teams objectives to research, design and develop new solutions and improve existing solutions
• Provide support or participate in special projects on an hoc basis
• General team support

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Accountancy or Finance or Business Studies or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of financial analysis and reporting work experience with sizable companies or equivalent work experience supporting Business Intelligence related processes
• Strong MS Office application
• Strong knowledge of Excel and VBA is necessary
• Experience in business application software (e.g. Crystal Reports)
• Good technical skills in financial modeling and financial analysis
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English writing
• Hand-on in SAP is highly desirable
