Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the HR Head in the provision of a professional and proactive HR services including payroll management, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations and training & development, etc.
  • Formulate, implement and review HR and administrative policies/procedures/workflow to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements;
  • Monitor and implement an efficient daily office administration, maintain proper usage of office equipment and plan for cost-effective purchasing;
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports and budgets;
  • Handle the implementation of HRIS;
  • Drive employee engagement programs and welfare activities;
  • Manage general office administration, maintenance, office relocation and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
  • University graduate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred;
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR and Admin with at least 1 years supervisory level;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislations of HK is preferred;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferred;
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
