Job responsibilities:

§       Handle full set of accounts and cost management

§         Assist for Cashflow planning, financial reporting, budgeting & external audit preparation

§         Liaison with auditors, bankers & relevant authorities

§         Preapre correspondence and answer clients enquiries

§         Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements:

§         Higher dipolma in accounting or equivalent professional qualification

§         Preferably with at least two-year experience in accounting or property fields

§         Well conversant with MS Excel, Words

§         Proficiency in FLEX and FION accounting software are an advantage

§         Able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility

§         Good written & spoken English and Chinese

§         Immediate available is highly preferred
