Responsibilities 

1. Respond to enquiries, requests and complaints from distributors and customers through inbound calls in a professional manner so as to align with the corporate image.
2. Meet the requests of distributors and customers with good communication skill and extensive product knowledge.
3. Prepare correspondence addressing the requests, complaints and enquiries from distributors and customers by emails or letters.
4. Perform administrative duties including customer database maintenance.
5. Support company-sponsored meetings and events
6. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements 

• Post-secondary education or above 
• At least 3 years of experience in customer services. 1 year solid experience in handling inbound calls is preferable 
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills 
• Flexible, well-disciplined, willing to be a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Knowledge on MS Office applications and Chinese Input is a must 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese), fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage
