Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer hotline enquiries and handle simple customer complain
- Provide counter services to our customers
- Handle the customers orders processing & following up the orders
- Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Shift work required 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon-Fri), 10:00 - 14:00 (Alternative Saturday working)
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
- Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent telephone manner
- Immediate available is highly prioritized
