Job Description

 

The incumbent is responsible for coordinating with End-User, Internal departments and Subcontractors for product repairing / installation and related operation matters.

Responsibilities


  • To handle Voice of Customer (VOC) & e-mail enquiry on repairing / installation and related operation matters
  • To investigate the cause and recommend improvement actions
  • To compile statistics to facilitate Management ongoing business planning
  • To collect and process customer feedback survey e.g. Happy Call for continuous service enhancement

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines with interesting in Electrical Appliance
  • Minimum 2 years CS experience, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Telecom industry
  • Fluent in spoken English & Cantonese, Putonghua is preferential
  • Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
