Job responsibilities:

• Country marketing communications & product development
• Advertising strategy, creative brief, copy evaluation and media planning & execution
• Trade marketing activities (trade promotion, instore display & POS materials development) 
• Consumer / trade customers understanding and identifying business opportunities
• Analyse and execute category & product assortment and packaging execution, in accordance to regional guideline

• Brand management
• Assist in developing assigned brand(s) regional guideline of brand visuals, packaging & Communications from concept to execution

• Manage new product delivery

• Consumer & competitive research 
• Technical approval compliance study 
• Costing & pricing competitiveness 
  

• Ad hoc regional projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder of marketing and business
• Min 10 years of solid sales and marketing experience in FMCG products in Asia Pacific
• Strong initiative, creative, hardworking, strong sense of ownership and team player
• Fluent English and Chinese prerequisite, additional language eg Japanese / Korean a definite advantage

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Regional Marketing Manager
