Managing the central procurement function in Property Services Unit, the incumbent will work closely with Property Management and Technical Services team to develop and implement cost effective and efficient measures on the procurement process. He/she is responsible for recommending and executing the procurement policies to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Degree and professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Chartered Status or membership of CIPS is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years solid experience with proven track record in managing procurement functions with property companies.
• Candidates with professional QS firm background may also be considered.
• Sound understanding of the broad property industry, especially in maintenance management of building fabric and building services systems.
• Possess the commercial business acumen, good knowledge in quality and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical, enthusiastic and result oriented.
• Excellence in both spoken and written English and Chinese   
• Proficiency in computer literacy
