Job Description
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Handle order processing, coordinate with overseas offices and vendors for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with factories in China, local warehouse and our strategic partner on delivery of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparations for shipping documents, including Import/Export Declarations.
- Organize and monitor inventory transfer from local warehouse to factories in Asia.
- Keep accurate shipment and inventory records, ensuring stock levels are manageable efficiently at factories.
- Manage the inventory replenishment process and stocks level control for optical lenses/frames by achieving the optimum inventory targets.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Degree holder (in Logistics Management/Business Administration is preferred)
- More than 5 years of working experience in logistics/shipping function.
- Proficient English language communication skills and good command of Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Full knowledge of all documents used in Import/Export shipment process.
- With good experience and knowledge of WMS, ERP is definitely a PLUS.
- Proactive and good team player with ability to solve problem independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
**Candidate with less experience will be considered as Logistics Co-ordinator.
