Responsibilities:

• Handle full set accounts and assist in preparing various periodical reports (including financial reports and analysis reports)
• Prepare periodic financial reporting and year-end closing including BPA input, intercompany transaction and reconciliation
• Prepare cash flow, P&L forecast, budget and assist in handling the annual audit and tax filing
• Maintain fixed assets register and prepare capital expenditure budget
• Assist manager to align the process and flow
• Re-engineer internal accounting workflow to enhance operation efficiency
• Ensure daily operations are adhered to SOX requirement and assist in enforcing internal control measures
• Handle periodic inventory review and control

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting and Finance
• Professional qualification in Accounting / Finance with at least 5 years hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in MNC environment.  Exposure in manufacturing industry is a must.
• Knowledge in SOX and USGAAP compliance
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good communication skill with the ability to liaise with different departments and group companies
• Well verse with the standard business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Note and Internet
• Flexible to work in both ERP and non-ERP environment and with the knowledge in Oracle/ SAP
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
