Responsibilities

• To perform sales order processing
• To provide sales administrative and logistics support to wholesales team
• To prepare accurate and timely sales activities reports
• To liaise with customers and suppliers
• To co-ordinate and follow through the Jewellery exhibition
• To update the websites’ content and write user manual

Requirements

• F.7 or above
• 2 year experience in order administration or order fulfillment in jewellery field definitely an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in all MS applications and Internet knowledge
• Customer-orientated, Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
