Job Description

Duties:

  • Manage full set of accounts independently (Quickbooks)
  • Prepare cash flows forecast, month-end closing and management reports, profit analysis
  • Provide administrative support such as regular order status updates, deliveries arrangement, inventory record maintenance, etc.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects including I/E shipping document, Tradelink declarations, etc.



Requirements:

  • LCCI / Diploma above in Accounting
  • At least 4 years’ commercial accounting experience using accounting software handling full set of accounts
  • Strong Excel (and other MS Office) skills and experience
  • Smart, flexible, reliable, fast-learner, detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure
  • Excellent spoken and written English a must
  • Immediate available highly preferred



Candidate with less qualification but with good attitude and English will be considered.
