Job Description
Duties:
- Manage full set of accounts independently (Quickbooks)
- Prepare cash flows forecast, month-end closing and management reports, profit analysis
- Provide administrative support such as regular order status updates, deliveries arrangement, inventory record maintenance, etc.
- Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects including I/E shipping document, Tradelink declarations, etc.
Requirements:
- LCCI / Diploma above in Accounting
- At least 4 years’ commercial accounting experience using accounting software handling full set of accounts
- Strong Excel (and other MS Office) skills and experience
- Smart, flexible, reliable, fast-learner, detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure
- Excellent spoken and written English a must
- Immediate available highly preferred
