Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all stores ordering, purchasing and inventory management
• Maintaining accountable and auditable stores management procedures through the utilization of inventory management and warehousing systems
• Maintaining best warehousing practice and techniques, including stock identification, rotation, quality and quantity controls
• Responsible for warehouse inventory, hygiene, layout and capacity management
• Supervising warehouse staff
• Executing and coordinating warehouse duties
• Managing stock control through regular stock checks and stock takes
• Performing general administration duties

Requirements

• Form 5 or above with solid experience in Warehouse operation including 1 year of supervision experience
• Intermediate computer skills and a working knowledge of windows based applications
• Customer focus and attention to detail
• Team player and willing to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
