Ovolo is now looking for an individual who stands out from the crowd to manage Hong Kong’s hottest new hotel. We are located on the Southside in the city’s next big fashion, art and culture district.

Responsibilities:

• Develops a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services and of the surrounding community.
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
• Makes guest reservations for air or other forms of transportation when requested. Obtains necessary itinerary tickets.
• help guests make dining reservations and get tickets to entertainments and tourist attractions
• Take care of guests' luggages and escort them to the lift/lobby
• Coordinates guest requests for special services or equipment with the appropriate department.
• Organizes special functions as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and understand the English, Mandarin and Cantonese used by the guests who visits the hotel.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
  
• Outgoing and cheerful personality, like to work with people
• Hotel experience will be an advantage
