Responsibilities:

• Managing Projects and to ensure the smoothness of workflow and the service quality
• Liaise with clients on their requirements
• Editing and Proofreading plus some basic Translations and Copywriting
• Vendor Management and communicate with the Company’s operation centres in China and the US
• Ascertain strict adherence to QA standards, control and procedures, particularly those related to customer requirements, and to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements:

• Degree holder of translation and/or other relevant disciplines
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• With good interpersonal skill and positive working attitude
• Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking, prioritization and pressure management skills
• Responsible, energetic and detail-minded
