Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor project schedule of various types of projects
• Coordinate with different business lines (e.g. Chemical / Electrical) to ensure each project’s milestone can be completed
• prepare, create and follow-up with different orders and quotations and familiar with the whole approval cycle
• Identify, develop and maintain key relationships with different key clients no matter from Buyers, Suppliers or Factories, support the Key Account team colleagues to answer the enquiries as well as solve the problems from the key clients  
• Facilitate to different meetings and workshops as appropriate
• Ensure consistency and accurate information can be delivered to the customers
• Support in any ad hoc issues and projects

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma graduate or higher, preferably in Science or Engineering related disciplines
• At least 2-4 years experience in the field of customer service or project coordination. Working in (or experience in dealing with) Testing/Inspection laboratories, trading companies or manufacturers will be an advantage
• Have experience in consumer electrical products will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• More experience will consider as Senior Customer Service / Project Coordinator position
