The Job:

• To lead a Sales and Marketing team for market development in US, Japan and European countries
• To develop and define the short-term and long-term strategic plan for the company to achieve sales and profit objectives
• Leading and driving a sales team and customer service staff to achieve sales targets and market share
• Working closely with senior management and other divisions to ensure team works effectively and harmoniously

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Engineering or Marketing Management
• Over 8 years' solid sales and marketing experience of consumer electronic products
• Strong business acumen, with sound understanding and track record of P/L management
• Result-oriented with provan track record of people management experiences and sales achievement
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willing to travel
