Responsibilities

• Be responsible for company annual & quarterly budget, monthly forecast, prepare periodic analysis of actual performance against budget.

•Be responsible for exchange rate & cash flow management

• Co-ordinate with suppliers, sales and admin on order follow up and delivery arrangement

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

• Occasionally travel to China is required

Requirements

• F.5 graduates or above, Diploma in Accounting / LCC Level 3 or equivalent

• At least 3 years experiences in full set of accounts

• Solid experience in using MYOB will be an advantage

• Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Excellent spoken and written Mandarin is required

• Administration work experience is an advantage

• Responsible, well organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
