Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office administration & coordinate delivery team and implement related procedures and liaise with other parties;
• Safety, security and efficient management of all the company premises including office, warehouse and shops;
• Sourcing of office supplies and maintenance;
• Handle staff leave and attendance records;
• Organize & support company’s functions and activities;
• Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years related solid experience;
• Attention to detail, result oriented, quick learner, willing to work overtime;
• Good interpersonal skills and under pressure;
• Proficient with MS Office (Word & Excel), Outlook;
• Good spoken and written English;
