Responsibilities

• Responsible for tendering, cost estimating, administration of contracts;
• Handle in assessment of interim payments, valuation of variations and settlement of final accounts;
• May be required to station on site.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience gained from main contractors or consultants or property developers;
• Well-organized with good communication skills & self-initiated;
• Good commend of both written and spoken in English and Chinese;
• Well-versed in MS Office is required;
• Immediate available is an advantage.
