Job Responsibilities

• Maintain, serve and grow existing sales channels and explore new business opportunities in North Asia
• Implement and execute both short-term and long-term strategic plans in alignment with company’s goals
• Maximize sell in, sell through and sell out while maintaining an effective and healthy sales and operating budget
• Manage the selling cycle from sales forecast planning and analysis, channels management, marketing plans, push sales through to closing deals and following up with PO/LC
• Manage and build strong relationships with channel partners, distributor and key accounts
• Manage new product development and ensure stable product supply
• Provide timely reporting of sales, pipeline and countries activities

Job Requirements

• Experience with IT products and accessories
• Minimum 4 years' experience in business / product development
• Strategic business planning skills an advantage
• Track record of successful sales for IT related products
• Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision under high pressure environment
• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, aggressive, self-initiative and pleasant personality would definitely be a plus
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
