MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Leading:
- Organize under supervision of Brand Manager all the sales administration function

Sales-related:
- Sales: Invoice retailers/Ralph Lauren from HK
- Merchandising: manage the stock (deliveries, consignments, input of NSI)
- Commercial: follow sell-out at retailers, replenishment order follow-up
- WS Retailers liaison: answer/call retailers – possible meeting with retailers
- Administration: send, manage PLV materials to retailers, parcels
- Customer service: follow up (PRL, WS) - Manage straps
- Voyage Assistance: organize Brand manager’s traveling plan and retailers visit
- Other miscellaneous duties of wholesale team, etc
- Travelling: possible trips in APAC region 

Brand Miscellaneous:
- Take minutes for meetings, help on marketing and sales event

REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, prior experience in luxury industry
  is preferred
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Positive, flexible and able to work under pressure
