We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser in our professional development team for serving a reputable and fashionable UK brand.  The ideal calibre should be expertised in fashion kids handbag and accessories including but not limited to the items such as stationery, sunglasses, hair accessories, soft and hard toys, fashion handbag and luggages or other childen products.

Responsibilities

• Pursue and receive all fabrics and product specifications from customers and liaise with factories to follow up all processes.
• Expertise in following up all aspects of customers’ product from sourcing, sample development to order management till bulk shipment
• Ensure all prototypes and salesmen samples are timely delivered and in accordance with the requirements from the customers
• Negotiate the best price with customers, sourcing agents and factories 

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Merchandising preferable
• Min 5 YEARS’ experience in merchandising field with trading or buying office background
• Strong sourcing channels in Asia especially for the kids accessories factories
• Familiar with UK and US Markets, particularly kids saftey requirements
• Hard working, well organized, proactive, team and result-oriented, flexible and be capable to follow up client’s requirements independently and effectively
• Attentive to details and problem solving mindset is prerequisite
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Mandarin
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using MS office, Outlook and internet
