• Degree holder in purchasing or related disciplines
• Have connection with food suppliers is advantage
• Over 5 years’ solid purchasing experience in catering
• Improve the procedures and standard of purchasing management
• Good team player, proactive with strong analytical mind and communication skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Preferably immediately available
