Job Description
Duties:-
- Co-ordinate service calls between customers, sales and engineers
- Handle spare parts quotations, orders, delivery and engineers' schedule
- Schedule preventive maintenance
- Report technical issues, claim casess with overseas suppliers
Requirements:-
- Diploma or above; VTC graduates with engineering knowledge/experiences is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, pleasant and with initiative and excellent people skill
- Fluent in Cantonese, and very good command of English in written and spoken (A MUST),
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin an advantage.
- 1-2 years experiences in dealing with customers, prepare quote and purchase order
- Very organize and good negotiation skill; eager to learn
- Able to work under pressure
