Requirement:

• University graduate with 6+ years sales / business development experience
• A target orientated disposition and the desire to sell and meet targets.
• Proven track record of outstanding sales performance
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a variety of people from varying backgrounds; to persuade and convince people, negotiate and close them into making decisions.
• The ability to work under and handle pressure.
• Commercial awareness and networking ability.
• Drive, determination, persistence, resilience and tenacity.
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and result-oriented
• Sociable and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills with strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a must
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies in response to company’s goals, sales targets and KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Understand clients’ requirements in a thorough manner, provide a quality brief to related internal parties and prepare subsequent proposals, quotations, tender submissions and presentations
• Develop sales kits and related marketing collaterals
• Work closely with the project management team and creative/technical team
• Provide regular sales and marketing reports to local General Manager and Headquarter
