Job Description
Responsibility:
- Providing secretarial duties including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangement, documentation and filing
- Undertaking administrative and clerical duties in office including equipments maintenance, office supplies and expenses etc
- Book-keeping and preparing monthly financial statements and other reports
- handling employees’ monthly payrolls and benefits
- Assisting in recruitment procedures
- Improving the organization of the department (servers, clients folders)
- Assisting the business team in other supportive administrative duties such as
- Letter of credit
- Remittance
- annual return and BRC renewal
- Payslips preparation
- Incorporations
- Visa application
- Etc…
Requirement:
Education : Degree in administration/accounting
Experience : More than 2 years in a similar position
Software : Microsoft office and QuickBooks
Languages : English, Cantonese. French is definitely a plus
