Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and all other accounting routines;
• Handle transaction entries and operate accounting software;
• Assist in implementation of accounting / accounting related system;
• Support development of financial and accounting operating procedures;
• Support general administration; and
• To perform any other tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements: 

• Form 7 in secondary school or above;
• Major in Accounting;
• LCC higher with at least 2 years accounting work experience;
• Careful and detail minded;
• Ability to learn accounting related software. Experience to operate Oracle system, especially Contract, AR and AP modules, is a plus;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to speak Putonghua would be an advantage;
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency of PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing); and
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
