Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage company accounts and personnel files
• Supervision of clinical procedures
• Assist daily administrative work
• Managing and reviewing filing and office systems

Requirements:

• Administration or accounting experience preferable
• Excellent communication skills, convincing personality
• Good inter-personal communication skills and good team spirit;
• Attention to details, dynamic and self-motivated
• Pleasant personality, cheerful with professional service attitude
• Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Good computer and IT skills
