Responsibilities: 

• Work with management to gather training needs to design and implement relevant training in shop level (target groups are shop supervisors & frontline sales.)
• Design, develop and deliver retail related training courses/demonstration and materials
• Conduct evaluation and gather feedback to ensure high quality training courses delivered
• Follow up after training course delivered
• Prepare training records and reports for management review
• Ensure transfer of learning in shop level

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline
• At least 8 years sales/training experience in luxury fashion retail
• Solid training delivery experience in Customer Services / Selling Skill highly preferred
• Able to travel frequently across cities for training delivery in China
• Presentable, organized and excellent interpersonal skill
• Excellent written and spoken in English and Mandarin
