Responsibilities 

• Analyze data and deliver business insights to senior management of different lines of business including sourcing, convenience stores, toys, apparels, etc.
• Build statistical models to help merchandisers assess business risk
• Identify correlations between customers’ products affinities to identify cross-product marketing and omni-channel opportunities
• Propose, implement, and analyze marketing AB tests
• Assist in webpage design and improvement for webpage business
• Work with IT department to understand the data schema and document for future analysis
• Assist in ad-hoc duties / projects
• 6 months contract renewable subjected to performance

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Economics or other quantitative discipline
• Experience in Big Data analytics is preferred, such as handling statistics software (SAS, SPSS) and relational database (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server etc)
• Experience in webpage design and software (HTML / CSS / Jquery) is preferred
• Proactive and independent learner, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
• Ability to communicate effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
• Fluency in English, which would be the primary language used in this job
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
