Job Description
Secretary – Company Secretarial Department
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Department
- Perform full set of company secretarial duties with minimum supervision
- Solicit resources and information with bankers and related service providers
- Maintain and update statutory records
Requirements
- Degree in Business Studies or Diploma in Corporate Secretarial related discipline
- At least 3 years’ related experience in professional firms
- Qualified to register as HKICS student and with enthusiasm to develop their career in company secretarial field
- Knowledge of CSA software an advantage
- Good command in spoken and writing skill, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- With result-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
