Job Description

Secretary – Company Secretarial Department


Job Duties


  • Provide administrative support to the Department
  • Perform full set of company secretarial duties with minimum supervision
  • Solicit resources and information with bankers and related service providers 
  • Maintain and update statutory records 


Requirements


  • Degree in Business Studies or Diploma in Corporate Secretarial related discipline 
  • At least 3 years’ related experience in professional firms
  • Qualified to register as HKICS student and with enthusiasm to develop their career in company secretarial field 
  • Knowledge of CSA software an advantage
  • Good command in spoken and writing skill, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage 
  • With result-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
