Job Purpose

The primary purposes of this role are:

• Responsible for securing new business from the targeted & existing global/regional accounts in line with regional and corporate guidelines
• Assist in business maintenance and growth with existing Account, Chinese Multi National Corporation
• Provide input and support to the tender management team for the handling of Request for Information and Request for Quotation
• Acquire market intelligence within Healthcare Industry Vertical for internal best practice sharing

 Job Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and develop profitable business relationships with global / area target accounts to achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the group targets
• Participate in the Tender Management process as the sponsor by providing account and market intelligence to support the pricing and service offerings
• Maintain customer relationship management in line with global/regional standards
• Scans the industry vertical market for potential new global target accounts and areas target accounts. Actively identify targets, assists local sales in sales approach with the targets, actively monitor the developments of the targets
• Monthly review with Country head of (industrial Vertical) on the targets and the industry verticals development
• In responsible for the customer workflow
• Develops and enhances industry vertical expertise and knowledge, including supply chain management.
• Assist the Country and District sales in developing of the industrial verticals
  

  Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
• At least of 7 years’ work experience which covers overall Industry experience (minimum 5 years) and Sales experience (minimum 3-5 years)
• Good knowledge of air / ocean freight industry and good market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment and major trade lanes) as well as Greater China knowledge
• Good ability to plan strategically and translate strategy into operational roadmaps, deploying resources efficiently while pushing for results
• Extensive skills to integrate and coordinate resources across functions and borders, building and using networks
• Good ability to lead people, including development, coaching and performance management
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good international experience and mindset and willing to travel as required
