Responsibilities

• Design and deliver internal training activities with focus on product knowledge, production workflow and occupational safety etc.
• Source and manage external training consultancies for external training
• Evaluate the course effectiveness and take follow-up actions to achieve the objectives of training programs
• Prepare and update training materials and related reports
• Responsible for administration and logistics arrangements of training activities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years solid training and development experience in retail / production industry 
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Proficient in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Well-versed in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
