Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CS and manage the daily call centre operations (hotline & enquires)
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to customers
• Provide training and coaching to the team
• Responsible for the planning and administration of daily manpower arrangement
• Drive the process improvement and productivity enhancement of the team
• Prepare reports and support ad hoc projects
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
• 4 years’ experience in customer service field, with prior call centre experience is a definite advantage
• At least 2 years in supervisory positions
• Strong customer service sense and communication skills
• Excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Fast paced, able to work independently and work under pressure
• Good PC skills in MS Office
• Good communication with English and Mandarin
