Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customers’ enquiries/complaints
- Process customer order and invoicing
- Participate in customer service-related projects
Requirements
- Form 7 or above with 1 year relevant customer service experience, preferably in call centre
- Customer focused with positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office
- Good communication with English and Mandarin
