Key Responsibilities:

•To ensure optimal after sales, service execution in South China for some of our Global Freight Forwarders;

•To support the client managers in maximising profitable volume delivered from existing clients, in line with contract nominations and commitments;

•Establish and maintain strong relationships and trust with client contacts in South China.

Who we are looking for:

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

•Fluent spoken and written Cantonese and English;

•Proactive, self-starter, with a sense of urgency who can prioritise and with initiative work effectively both independently and within a team;

•Have a clearly visible passion, hunger and drive to provide second to none after sales service to existing major clients.
