Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for implementation of charter hire settlement (including fees, costs and charges) and relevant operations;
•  Work on payment, deduction or settlement of charter hire, owners’/ charterers’ disbursements and other expenses in accordance with the conditions of charter parties;
•  Prepare monthly budget and actual results reporting;

• Perform estimation of payable/receivable amounts of charter vessels before end of every financial term on quarterly basis;
• Act as focal point in communication with accounting and system divisions in Tokyo Headquarters in Japanese on technical issues;
• Handle container lease fee payment;
• Handle other administrative matters which require Japanese language skill.

Requirements:

•          Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is a must;
•          Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Maritime, Accounting or quivalent disciplines;  fresh graduates will also be considered;
•          Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressure;
•          Detailed minded and is accurate in performing tasks;
•          A good team player;
•          Good analytical, communication and coordination skills;
•          Proficient PC skills;
•          Putonghua is an advantage.
