Responsibilities

• Review daily operation reports for all properties and co-ordinate with operation as required
• Review cheque payments with supporting documentation
• Prepare management accounts, month end closing, fixed asset register, depreciation
• Update cashflow and prepare cashflow forecast
• Prepare business forecast & annual budget
• Provide analysis for financial reporting, explanations and variance reports
• Assist and co-ordinate in internal and external audit
• Ad hoc tasks for new projects and. prepare project costing analyses and summary
• Accounting system administration eg set up new user, new accounts, mapping etc.
• Liaise with external parties in handling tax and other filings / returns etc
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualifications / Degree holder of Accounting
• At least 3 years relevant hotel experience is  required
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good computer skills
• Initiative, independent, systematic and able to meet tight deadlines
• Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
• Immediately available is preferred
