Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a HR team to implement all corporate human resources and administration function;
• Acting as business partner to specific business divisions in strategizing their human resources and administration policies and resolving people issues to support business growth;  
• Plan, execute, and monitor mass recruitment, training programs, employee coaching, payroll, work safety and injury management, and performance review;
• Manage and coordinate in external competitions to promote corporate image;    
• Prepare HR budget, analysis and reports for management review.

The suitable candidates should have:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
• Over 3 years relevant experience in catering or hospitality industry and at least 1 year in managerial role;   
• Detail-orientated, excellent leadership and negotiation skill;
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations;
• Professional proficiency in written both Chinese and English correspondence;   
• Good working knowledge in MS Office applications, and Chinese word processing;
• Highly motivation, independence and ability to work under pressure;
• Immediately available is highly prefer; 
• More experience will be considered as HR Manager.
