1、 Technical Support Engineer
u JOB DUTIES
l Provide front-desk user support
l Provide software, hardware and network troubleshooting support
l Perform IT equipments administration
l Perform user account management and system administration
u JOBS REQUIREMENT
l Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Studies or Engineering related disciplines with 1 year’s PC field services experience
l Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Workstation OS, Microsoft Office Application
l Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet, Security and Email technology
l Microsoft MCP/MCSE preferred but not essential
l Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
l Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage
l Immediate available is highly preferred
l 7X24 shift duty is required
