Primary Objectives:

• To assist in performing regular financial reporting and analysis
• To assist in budgetary compilation and preparation of budgetary reports
• To assist in improving/developing new tools for management reporting
• To assist the Treasury Manager on daily operations
• To work in relation with other brands within the region to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data collected

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Regional Reporting

• Assist in preparation of regular reports for markets (i.e. China, India) within the Asia Pacific region (ie Sales, headcounts, and etc) and other ad-hoc financial reports required by the Paris Holding, Regional Presidents or brands within the region

Budget Reporting

• Assist in preparation of budgets, revised forecasts and Five Year Plans for LVMH Asia Pacific Holdings in accordance with group requirements and timetable
• Assist in preparation of monthly variance reports for LVMH Asia Pacific Holdings

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• University Graduate in Accounting/Finance discipline preferred
• Strong analytical & numerical skills
• Details oriented, dedicated and team player
• Computer literacy including advanced Excel skills, Power Point & Microsoft access
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English. (Mandarin will be a plus)
• Contract renewable based on mutual agreement
