Responsibilities: 

• Support effectively and efficiently to Sales & Services Department in pre-sales, on-sales and after sales activities
• Calculate cost and prepare quotation
• Handle sales or service order administration and processing in Oracle in a timely manner
• Place orders and liaise with vendors/ principals for shipment arrangement nad order fulfillment
• Work and liaise with internal and external logistics service partners to facilitate customer declaration and for order fulfillment and delivery
• Prepare sales or service administration and logistics related documentation and reports to support successful sales administration
• Process goods receipt by physical count and input in Oracle timely

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Logistics Management or Business Administration is preferable
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer services, sales coordination or order processing
• Good spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Experience in ERP system is preferred
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing
• Good problem solving, communication skill and interpersonal skill
• Strong customer oriented attitude and able to work independently and under pressure
