Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team to develop business opportunities & customer relationship; especially in America import business.
• Liaise with overseas network and local operations for shipment arrangements
• Issue quotations on behalf of Sales Executives/Managers
• Provide day-to-day customer service to clients including shipment report preparation
• To coordinate closely and effectively with our global offices, service providers, carriers, etc.
• Handle part of CS duties, such as full set of operations and documentation process including incoming calls and enquiry from customers  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 2 years experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua is a must;
• Familiar with PC applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, independent and mature;
• Immediately available is highly preferable

We offer 13 months salary, medical and overtime allowance to right candidate.
