Job Description

Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic service-oriented people to handle telephone queries and requests with professionalism.  You will be logging support calls and communicating daily with the support and operations team to fulfill our clients' requests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to all of our users through all our channels (Phone, E-Mail, Ticketing System)
  • The primary responsibility is to answer support needs via telephone and email, registering calls to logging system and give initial advice to users
  • Forward, escalate and follow-up with calls to groups internally and externally (e.g. vendors for the maintenance of hardware and services)
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job requirement:

  • Degree in Computer Sciences or similar
  • Strong language skills in spoken and written English and Cantonese.  Mandarin would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and social skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, honest and easy to speak to
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented and can take initiative
  • Keen attention to detail
Technical requirement:
  • General knowledge of IT hardware (PC / Laptops / smartphones / printers)
  • General knowledge of Operating systems, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and various end user applications used within a standard office
  • General knowledge of printing / multifunction copier / computer peripherals troubleshooting
  • Basic networking a plus
Requirements that is not mandatory, but a extra plus for the candidates
  • To have at least two years of job experiences in a comparable position (Support in previous job)
  • To have ITIL v3 foundation knowledge
