Responsibilities

• Responsible for project coordination and administrative works
• Coordinate between IT and user departments
• Participate in all project meetings
• Maintain project calendars
• Prepare and assist in user training programs
• File all project documents (hard and soft copies)
  
  

Requirements

• Degree or above in IT or related discipline
• 3 years' relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently
• Communicate effectively with people and presentable
• Basic knowledge of IT system
• Hands-on approach in project co-ordination is advantage
• Good PC skills in MS Office
• Good communication with English and Mandarin
