Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, formulate & execute sales & marketing strategies with business plans for assigned key accounts to maximize sales potential of assigned products. 
  • Develop specific channel strategies / merchandising initiatives to drive off-take 
  • Manage and responsible for channel forecast/budget by period 
  • Ensure trade spend efficiency within assigned channels 
  • Develop, negotiate and implement promotion plan for assigned key accounts. 
  • Build, sustain & manage relationship with customers at all levels; including the development of new customer/ accounts
  • Work with trade partners and Merchandising team to identify opportunities to improve shelving and display and ensure compliance at store level. 
  • Implement account planning tools to ensure execution excellence at trade level. 
  • Provide market intelligence for trade development and competitive activities. 
  • Ensure Company policy and practices on display, shelving, merchandising, pricing, sales terms and promotions are professionally carried out. 
  • Be an active team player to perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • University graduate in related disciplines
  • With at least 3-5 years relevant key account management experience in Mannings and Watsons in skincare industry  
  • Good sense of initiative and responsibility
  • Aggressive, self-motivated with good interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • Strategic and logical thinking with strong analytical skill 
  • Organised and detail-minded 
  • Mature, independent & presentable 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese 
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Key Account Executive
