SUMMARY Reporting directly to the COO of Sergio Rossi Asia Pacific, responsible for setting up and managing the stores according to the company principles and guidelines, i.e. reflecting the company image and representing the company to its customers.  Formulate and implement policies, strategies, and business development plans of the store to achieve or exceed sales, profits, and cost objectives.  Maintain positive customer relations and monitor customer feedback.  Train, motivate, and develop subordinates to provide the desired standards of service and ensure succession.  Ensure an optimal and motivating work climate.  Partner with other departments to develop strategic initiatives while consistency and overall image of the brand in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for P/L for the directly operated retail stores in HK and Macau.
• Manage and oversee the daily store operation such as sales, expense control, staffing, staff training, inventory management, security and safety, handling customer issues, internal control system etc.
• Set up and implement systematic procedures, ensure proper day-to-day operation of all stores and functioning of all sales support systems
• Conduct regular visits to all stores to understand, evaluate and rectify needs and issues
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets, including but not limited to preparation of annual sales budgets and forecasts
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales target and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Initiate and develop necessary actions whenever necessary to achieve sales targets
• Collaborate with Communications Department to develop CRM strategies and in special events to enhance the brand image and sales
• Partner with Human Resources Department to ensure proper staffing, management, evaluation, training and development of people in stores
• Support Merchandising Team in the definition of product and pricing strategies by providing feedback from the retail stores
• Enhance operation efficiency as well as to ensure the effective implementation of business promotion initiatives and marketing programs at store level to enhance brand’s awareness
• Participate in development and implementation of strategic initiatives designed to drive sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and operation efficiency and productivity
• Assist the COO to develop new business opportunities in both existing and new locations
• Build good relationship with landlords and developers
• To perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree with at least 10-year hands-on retail sales or store operation experience in which 5 years at managerial level
• Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium fashion brands with an established client based is preferred
• Proven experience in new store set up and pre-opening procedures
• Demonstrated strong sense of high-end fashion with sound knowledge in visual merchandising and promotions
• Mature individual who is well organized and possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills such as MS Office
